Now the American company is preparing a new eleventh-generation model. Leaks point to three things at once: prices across the entire Google Pixel 11 lineup will increase, the base 128 GB version will disappear, and the release itself is expected in August. While this is still unofficial information, it paints a clear picture: you’ll have to pay more, and the cheapest storage option will no longer exist.

The source was the French platform Dealabs, which is considered one of the most accurate in the world of price leaks. According to this data, Google is raising prices across the entire Pixel 11 series — just like almost all tech manufacturers this season. The reason for the price increase is the memory shortage on the market.

The key point: the base storage is now 256 GB, not 128 GB. So technically the device has become more expensive, but the minimum storage has also doubled. Beyond that, there are 512 GB and 1 TB versions. It’s important to remember that this is still a rumor, not an official Google announcement. According to leaked European pricing, the prices look like this:

  • Pixel 11 — starting at €999 for 256 GB, €1,129 for 512 GB
  • Pixel 11 Pro — starting at €1,199 for 256 GB, up to €1,789 for 1 TB
  • Pixel 11 Pro XL — starting at €1,399 for 256 GB, up to €2,389 for 1 TB
  • Pixel 11 Pro Fold — starting at €1,999 for 256 GB, €2,129 for 512 GB

It’s important not to panic over the big numbers. The regular Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro essentially follow the same approach as last year’s Pixel 10 Pro XL: the new starting price matches the price of the previous generation’s version with more storage. A year ago, the 128 GB models started at €899 and €1,099 — meaning for the same money, you now get twice the storage.

However, the Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pro Fold receive a substantial price increase of about €100 without such a pleasant storage bonus. The reason behind all of this is the sharp rise in RAM prices due to the AI boom, and Google is one of those fueling this shortage itself.

Colors and Pixel 11 Release Date

The leak also revealed the expected final color names. For the regular Pixel 11, these are Light Sterling, Midnight Haze, Fuchsia, and Moss. For the Pro and Pro XL — Light Fog, Midnight Haze, Dune (a pink shade), and Pine. The foldable Fold will be limited to two options: Midnight Haze and Pine. It’s also noted that 1 TB versions will only come in the black Midnight Haze, and Dune is a pink shade.

As for the timeline: according to the leak, the release is scheduled for August 20, with the Google presentation itself expected around August 11. All of this is still a forecast, but the time window is quite logical — Pixel is traditionally unveiled in late summer.

The situation here resembles previous generations when updates were more evolutionary — much like when Pixel 9 barely differed from its predecessor. If you don’t need the fresh colors and increased storage, you can comfortably grab the current model at a discount.
