This can be bypassed by switching two-factor authentication to a code from an authenticator app instead of linking the messenger, so there’s still a workaround for now. With banks, it’s simpler — familiar apps work as they always have; you’ll just miss out on new features like issuing a digital card or paying via QR directly in MAX.
