The decision depends on two factors: which Apple ID you have and how much you’re willing to overpay for selection.

If your account is in one of Sber’s five countries (USA, UAE, Poland, Turkey, France) and you’re a Sber customer — buy cards in SberBank Online. The savings on a $20 denomination amount to almost 500 rubles, which is already the price of an extra $5 card.

If your account is in any other country from Ozon’s list — there aren’t many options, go with Ozon Bank. 19 regions versus five is a fundamentally different level of coverage. The exchange rate overpayment is offset by the fact that you actually get the ability to legally top up your account.

If you’re not a Sber customer and don’t want to become one — Ozon Bank also wins due to ease of registration. A difference of 230 rubles on a $10 card is an adequate price to pay for avoiding the bureaucracy.
