I recently covered what you need to disable in Android to make your battery last longer. But those are all workarounds for regular smartphones. If you have a 10,000 mAh battery, you can simply forget about such settings. Smartphones with 10,000 mAh batteries are moving from the realm of science fiction into the category of real purchases, and by the end of 2026, there will be noticeably more such models. Let’s find out what you can already buy now and what to expect in the coming months.

Smartphones with 10000 mAh batteries have become a reality
Who Has Already Released Smartphones with 10,000 mAh Batteries
The race of smartphones with powerful batteries of 10,000 mAh and above was kicked off by HONOR in December 2025, releasing the HONOR Win model with a battery of exactly that capacity at a price starting from 45,000 ₽. And it’s not a heavy brick: the body thickness is just 8.3 mm.
The smartphone supports 100W charging, which restores the battery in about 1.2 hours. Cool? That’s an understatement. And everyone is also waiting for an HONOR with a battery up to 15,000 mAh, and I separately analyzed where the brand is headed in terms of battery life.
HONOR, vivo, and realme are already in the club.
In January 2026, vivo joined in with the Y600 Pro model — a 10,000 mAh battery, body thickness of 8.15 mm, and weight of 221 g. IP68/IP69 protection. The price starts from $290, which is approximately 32,000 rubles. Finally, in April 2026, realme officially entered the Russian market with the P4 Power — the first phone with a 10,000 mAh battery that can be officially purchased in the country. By the way, check out the realme P4 Power review, which included a detailed analysis of all the smartphone’s capabilities. In short: it’s a really interesting option for the money.

Among all smartphones with 10,000 mAh batteries and above in official Russian retail, there is currently only one: realme P4 Power with a silicon-carbon battery with a capacity of 10,001 mAh. Here’s what it offers alongside the record-breaking battery:
- 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and 6500 nits peak brightness;
- MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra processor on a 4nm process;
- 80W fast charging (50% charge in 36 minutes);
- 27W reverse charging (the smartphone works as a full-fledged power bank);
- 50 MP main camera on a Sony IMX882 sensor with optical stabilization;
- IP66, IP68, and IP69 body protection;
- three years of Android updates and four years of security patches.
A smartphone with a good battery at this price is a rarity. The price for the 8/256 GB version is 31,999 rubles, and the 12/256 GB version is 34,999 rubles. Already on sale in major retail chains and marketplaces.
HONOR Win and Win RT are currently only sold in China, and nothing has been announced about a global version. The vivo Y600 Pro also remains a Chinese exclusive for now. So the realme P4 Power is currently the only option that can be called truly worthwhile.
Which Smartphones with Powerful Batteries Will Be Released in 2026
According to insider Digital Chat Station, OPPO, Xiaomi, and HUAWEI are joining the race of smartphones with 10,000 mAh batteries. All three are testing models with batteries of this capacity, with the focus being on the mid-range segment rather than flagships.

There are a few more details about Xiaomi: a representative of the REDMI Note 17 series will likely become the first smartphone under this brand with a 10,000 mAh battery and 100W charging. One of the models will feature a 200 MP main camera. Based on historical patterns, the REDMI Note series launches in China in the third quarter (approximately August-September 2026).
By fall 2026, the number of smartphones with 10,000 mAh will multiply significantly.
An important nuance: some of the new models may remain exclusives for China or Asia. In global versions, the battery capacity may turn out to be less than 10,000 mAh, since the EU and several regions have strict rules for transporting such high-capacity batteries, which makes logistics more expensive and the price uncompetitive.
Advantages of Silicon-Carbon Batteries
All the models listed use the same technology — silicon-carbon batteries (Si-C). This is not a fundamentally new concept but rather an evolution of lithium-ion batteries: the graphite anode is partially replaced with silicon, which has a specific energy storage capacity 9-10 times higher.

It is specifically silicon-carbon technology that has helped manufacturers learn to make smartphones with 10000 mAh batteries in thin bodies
Our site had a technical breakdown of what a silicon-carbon battery gives a smartphone. In short, the advantages are:
- More capacity at the same size (30-50% increase without enlarging the body);
- Operation in freezing temperatures down to -20 degrees (a silicon-carbon battery does not degrade in the cold; the smartphone can be used and charged at sub-zero temperatures);
- Ability to make thin devices (the technology is critically important for foldable smartphones, where every millimeter counts).
There are also nuances. Some engineers believe that due to the addition of silicon, batteries may age faster and lose more capacity during the first 2-3 years of use. There is still little real-world long-term usage data. Additionally, manufacturers intentionally reduce charging power for such batteries (no model supports more than 120W).
Who Is a 10,000 mAh Battery Smartphone For
Android smartphone battery life with such a battery is a completely different user experience. According to HONOR, the charge lasts for 16 hours of gaming, 31 hours of video watching, or 10 hours of recording. The realme P4 Power offers non-stop video playback of about 33 hours. For most users, this means charging every 2-3 days instead of daily.
