Many people know that you can order Apple products from other countries on Wildberries — often at very attractive prices. But reading about it is one thing, and trying it yourself is another. How long does delivery take? Will there be customs issues? Will they send a fake instead of an original? What about warranty and compatibility? There are plenty of questions, and most people never take the plunge because of the uncertainty. Recently I mentioned that MacBook Neo is a great deal on WB with international delivery. So I decided to test the process myself once again — I ordered Apple Watch Series 10 from a seller in Dubai. Here’s how everything went from placing the order to first turning on the watch on my wrist.

Tried international Apple delivery through Wildberries, turned out pretty well
Apple Watch Series 10 or Series 11: Which Watch Is a Better Deal
I’ve already talked about which Apple Watch is best to buy in 2026. The Series 10 currently has a very good price. The price difference with the Series 11 is significant, but the feature differences are barely noticeable. A new pressure sensor, a slightly updated chip — these are nice additions, but definitely not worth overpaying several thousand rubles for. For everyday use — notifications, workouts, health monitoring — the tenth series does exactly the same thing as the eleventh.
So the decision was simple — get the Series 10 in 46mm at a good price through Wildberries from a seller in Dubai. The screen is large, functionality is complete, and the money saved can be spent on a nice band or accessories. Plus, the tenth series has already been proven over time — all possible bugs have long been fixed with watchOS updates.
How Long Does Wildberries International Delivery Take
I placed the order on May 15. Wildberries showed an estimated delivery date of May 27. That’s about 12 days of waiting. For an international package with customs processing, that sounded quite reasonable, and I was mentally prepared to wait. Especially since there was no urgent reason — I just wanted to finally upgrade my watch.

The order cleared customs very quickly and moved through Russia quite briskly
But in reality, everything turned out noticeably faster. Already on May 19 — four days after ordering — the watch cleared customs. And on May 24, I picked it up at the pickup point. A total of 9 days instead of the promised 12 — delivery arrived three days ahead of schedule. For a package that flew from Dubai, went through customs, and reached the pickup point — that’s an excellent result. Honestly, some domestic Russian orders take longer.
As for the customs duty — I paid it immediately at the time of purchase, right on Wildberries. No separate payments, no running around customs service websites, no receipts or letters. Everything was already included in the total order amount. They didn’t ask me for a tax ID or any additional documents. Apparently, all the necessary data was pulled automatically from WB-bank — I had linked my Gosuslugi (Government Services) account there. The entire process went as smoothly and seamlessly as if I had ordered a regular product from a Russian warehouse.
Apple Watch for Hong Kong: What Are the Specifics
I received Apple Watch Series 10 model MWY13ZP/A. This is the version for Hong Kong and Macau. The main feature of this modification is cellular network support. But there’s an important caveat — eSIM on Apple Watch doesn’t work in Russia. This applies to absolutely all Apple Watch models, regardless of region — no Russian carrier supports eSIM activation on Apple Watch. So the cellular module is essentially useless in practice, but it doesn’t interfere either — it simply isn’t used.

I received a version with the ZP index
Everything else works exactly as it should. Health sensors, notifications, apps, workouts — everything functions without any limitations. The interface is in Russian, updates arrive normally. The watch was completely new, in factory film, with a full set including magnetic charger and documentation. No signs of opening or previous use. Nothing to complain about.
How to Tell Original Apple Watch from a Fake
Overall, the entire process of buying Apple products on Wildberries from abroad raises no concerns. It’s fast, convenient, and hassle-free. But there’s one critically important point — always check the seller before purchasing.

I bought from this seller

The same seller has been successfully trading on Ozon for quite a while, I bought an iPad there
When I was searching for Apple Watch on the marketplace, I came across several absolutely identical product listings. The same photos, nearly identical descriptions — but the price differed quite significantly. It immediately became clear that the cheaper option was a copy of a legitimate store’s listing, which most likely sells fakes. Such sellers target those who only look at the price and don’t check anything else.

Here they’ll most likely sell you some unknown thing. The listing design is copied 1 to 1
Here are a few simple rules that will help you avoid mistakes. Check the seller’s rating and number of sales — verified stores have high numbers.
