Recently I recommended buying the HONOR 600 Lite as one of the best options under 20,000 rubles. Now the senior model has arrived in Russia — the HONOR 600 smartphone. Sales started yesterday on OZON and Yandex Market. There’s an important nuance: the 8/512 GB configuration is sold exclusively only on these two platforms (you won’t find it in other stores). Let me explain what kind of smartphone it is and whether it’s worth buying.

The smartphone is now officially available for purchase in Russia
Where and How to Buy HONOR 600 in Russia
The HONOR 600 launch in Russia took place on May 27, and since then the smartphone has been available on OZON for 30,454 ₽ and Yandex Market for 33,612 ₽. Buying the HONOR 600 in Russia in the 8/512 GB configuration is possible exclusively through these two platforms — this is an exclusive version that isn’t available anywhere else. The standard 8/256 GB configuration is also available.
Three colors to choose from: black, white, and orange. The orange one has a matte finish that doesn’t collect fingerprints.
What Makes the HONOR 600 Smartphone Interesting
The HONOR 600 smartphone occupies the niche between the affordable 600 Lite and the flagship 600 Pro. It’s a sub-flagship with an emphasis on a large battery, top-tier display, and serious camera — without a flagship processor and the corresponding price tag.

Key features of the HONOR 600 smartphone
If you compare it with the HONOR 400 Pro, which was recently considered a relevant choice in the lineup, the difference is fundamental. The battery grew from 5300 to 7000 mAh, the screen got significantly thinner bezels, and the camera was upgraded to 200 MP with a large sensor. This isn’t evolution — it’s a level change.
For those who want a flagship experience for a reasonable price — there’s another option: the HONOR Magic8 Pro has dropped significantly in price, and now its price has become very attractive. But if the priority is battery and storage — the HONOR 600 is more interesting.
HONOR 600 Display — The Main Surprise
The HONOR 600 phone’s display is the most unexpected part of the specifications for its price category. 6.57 inches, OLED, 1.5K resolution (2728×1264), 120 Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 8000 nits. This is already a flagship-level brightness.

The screen is large, vibrant, and symmetrical
A note about the bezels: 1.05 mm — thinner than the latest iPhones and Samsung Galaxy S models. For a smartphone outside the top segment — that’s an impressive figure. PWM dimming at 3840 Hz protects eyesight at low brightness (important for those who spend a lot of time looking at the screen).
HONOR 600 Camera — 200 MP and Honest About Compromises
The HONOR 600 camera is built around a main 200 MP sensor with a 1/1.4-inch size and optical stabilization. This is a large sensor, and this size is found in significantly more expensive smartphones. The f/1.75 aperture provides good light sensitivity in low-light conditions.

The smartphone has two good cameras but no telephoto lens
The second module is a 12 MP ultrawide with autofocus. For this price point, autofocus on an ultrawide is rare, and here it is: useful for close-up photography. The front camera is 50 MP. Being honest about the compromise: there’s no telephoto lens. Only the main camera and the ultrawide. For those who value zoom photography — this is a limitation. For those who shoot primarily with the main camera, the setup will be more than sufficient.
HONOR 600 Battery — 7000 mAh in a 7.8 mm Body
The HONOR 600 battery at 7000 mAh is the main reason I’m choosing this particular phone. With a body thickness of 7.8 mm and a weight of 190 grams, this is an excellent result. The smartphone doesn’t feel heavy, yet the charge lasts for two days with moderate use.
The 80W charging restores the battery in about an hour. There’s 27W reverse charging — the smartphone can work as a power bank for other devices. There’s no wireless charging — this is a compromise worth knowing about in advance. By the way, HONOR is simultaneously preparing something even more interesting in terms of battery life — a smartphone with an even bigger battery is already on the horizon. But until it’s released, the 7000 mAh in the HONOR 600 remains one of the best figures in its price segment.
Is the HONOR 600 Worth Buying in 2026

The smartphone is worth buying, but not for everyone
The HONOR 600 review leads to a clear conclusion: this is one of the best options in its price segment right now. The global version of the HONOR 600 with Google services support, clean MagicOS 10 based on Android 16, and full IP66/68/69/69K water protection — a smartphone without annoying compromises in everyday use.
The HONOR 600 price in Russia for the exclusive 8/512 GB version starts at 30,454 ₽ on OZON and 33,612 ₽ on Yandex Market. Who it’s suitable for:
- those who value maximum battery life without buying a frankly budget device;
- those who want 512 GB of storage without overpaying for a flagship processor;
- those who shoot primarily with the main camera and ultrawide.
Who it’s not suitable for: if you need zoom or maximum performance for heavy gaming — look towards the HONOR 600 Pro or HONOR Magic8 Pro.
