HONOR 600 Lite came out back in March, and we already covered its features in detail. But now it’s time for the big brothers. HONOR 600 and HONOR 600 Pro have been released. Judging by what the manufacturer officially claims, this is a completely different level in terms of camera, hardware, and battery life. The new HONOR 600 looks like one of the most interesting announcements of the season in the mid-range segment. Let’s take a detailed look at both models and draw a preliminary conclusion.

HONOR 600 and HONOR 600 Pro Design
In terms of the body, both models are identical, and that’s a good thing. The manufacturer clearly found a successful form and didn’t change it. The dimensions of HONOR 600 and Pro are virtually the same: both are 7.8 mm thick, with the only difference being weight: 190 g for the base version and 200 g for the Pro. The extra 10 grams of the Pro are explained by the more advanced camera and wireless charging. For everyday use, the difference is negligible.
The screen bezels are 0.98 mm, and this is officially confirmed by TÜV Rheinland certification as the narrowest among flat smartphones on the global market. The metal frame is matte, and the body is monolithic. IP68/IP69/IP69K protection means it’s not just water submersion resistant, but also protected against high-pressure water jets. This is serious even by flagship standards. The colors for both models are the same: orange, gold-white, and black. The orange looks surprisingly bold for a series that isn’t typically considered youth-oriented.
HONOR 600 and HONOR 600 Pro Specifications

The main difference between the models is the processor. This is a fundamental point that affects not only performance but also positioning. The HONOR 600 processor is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, which is upper mid-range. The HONOR 600 Pro runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite with a 3nm process and Oryon CPU architecture — this is the same chip found in the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Xiaomi 15. According to HONOR, the Pro offers a 45% CPU boost, 40% GPU boost, and 45% AI performance improvement over its predecessor. Here’s how the key specifications compare:
| Specifications | HONOR 600 | HONOR 600 Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Display | 6.57 inches, 2728×1264, 458 PPI, 120 Hz, 8000 nits | 6.57 inches, 2728×1264, 458 PPI, 120 Hz, 8000 nits |
| Main Camera | 200 (OIS) + 12 MP | 200 (OIS) + 12 + 50 (OIS) MP |
| Front Camera | 50 MP | 50 MP |
| Processor | Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 | Snapdragon 8 Elite |
| Battery | 7000 mAh | 7000 mAh |
| Charging | 80W (wired) | 80W (wired) 50W (wireless) |
| Protection | IP68/IP69/IP69K | IP68/IP69/IP69K |
| Weight | 190 g | 200 g |
| Thickness | 7.8 mm | 7.8 mm |
The display on both smartphones is identical — 2728×1264 resolution, 8000 nits peak brightness, PWM dimming at 3840 Hz. The latter parameter is important for those sensitive to flickering: this frequency is considered safe for the eyes. In terms of the display, there are no differences between HONOR 600 vs HONOR 600 Pro, and both also received the same glass.
The 7000 mAh battery is a serious step forward compared to the HONOR 400, which had a 5300 mAh battery. When comparing the HONOR 200 and HONOR 400, the difference in battery life was one of the main arguments in favor of the 400 series. Here the gap has become even bigger. HONOR claims the battery will retain more than 80% of its capacity after 5 years of daily charge cycles.
HONOR 600 Series Camera
The cameras are what makes both HONOR 600 smartphones worth paying attention to. The main module is the same for both versions: 200 MP, 1/1.4-inch sensor, OIS and dual OIS+EIS stabilization. A 1/1.4″ sensor is true flagship level, not mid-range. By the way, the same sensor is installed in my vivo X300, which I bought at the end of last year.

For comparison: the HONOR 200 has a 1/1.57″ main sensor with 50-megapixel resolution. 200 MP with a 1/1.4″ sensor is a qualitative leap, not just a marketing number increase. However, the HONOR 400 was equipped with a similar sensor.
Stabilization on the base HONOR 600 meets the CIPA 6.0 standard. On the Pro — CIPA 6.5, measured on the telephoto lens, which is technically more challenging. The main camera difference of the Pro is the periscope telephoto lens. 50 MP, 3.5x optical zoom, OIS. The base version lacks it: it only has the main camera, ultra-wide, and front camera. If shooting at a distance matters, the Pro clearly wins.
Both smartphones feature AI Image to Video 2.0 — a function for generating video from photos with support for up to three images simultaneously. There’s also Magic Color, which lets you transfer the color style from any photo you like onto your own photos with a single tap. HONOR 600 photos are processed through the AI RAW Large Model with a claimed 50% improvement in detail. Whether the new device makes it into the rating of affordable camera phones of 2026 will be shown by a full test. But based on specifications, it’s definitely a contender.
HONOR 600 Release Date
The HONOR 600 Global release date is April 23, 2026. This is the global sales launch. The HONOR 600 release date in Russia has not been officially announced, but judging by how HONOR has brought previous models to the Russian market, it should be expected closer to summer.
HONOR 600 pre-orders are already open on the brand’s global website. Russian retailers are silent for now, but appearing on Ozon and Wildberries is just a matter of time. So we wait.
HONOR 600 and HONOR 600 Pro Price in Russia
There are no official Russian prices for the HONOR 600 in Russia yet. But you can use the previous generation as a reference: the HONOR 400 cost from 40,990 ₽, and the HONOR 400 Pro from 64,990 ₽ in official retail. Given the more powerful hardware and improved camera, the HONOR 600 price in official stores is unlikely to be below 45-50 thousand rubles. And the Pro version’s price with the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite will logically go above 65-70 thousand.
