Recently I put together a selection of smartphones for work, not for showing off — there were some really cool models under 20 thousand rubles. But now I’ve found something even more interesting: for 9,503 rubles, there’s an American smartphone that most Russian buyers don’t even know exists. T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro is the best phone under 10,000 rubles out of everything I’ve seen. Let me explain why.

A smartphone cooler than anything I’ve seen before

Where to Buy T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro

T-Mobile is the largest mobile carrier in the US. For several years it released smartphones under its own brand specifically for the American market with no plans for export. That’s exactly why nobody in Russia knows about the REVVL: it was never sold officially, it never appeared in ads, and Russian-speaking bloggers never reviewed it.

But everything shows up on AliExpress sooner or later. The T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro phone is currently selling for 9,503 rubles. This is a global version with Google services support. Clean Android 14 with an upgrade to Android 16, no proprietary skin with ads and bloatware. Just Android as it should be.

This is the actual price of the smartphone on AliExpress

The T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro price makes it the most intriguing offer in the budget segment right now.

An Affordable Smartphone with a Great Display

This is where the surprise begins. A budget but good smartphone in the price range under 10 thousand rubles usually offers an IPS display with a 60 Hz or at best 90 Hz refresh rate. The POCO C81 Pro, which I reviewed recently, uses IPS at a price of around 6,400 rubles. A good screen for its price, but still IPS.

The display is really great for its price

The T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro for 9,503 rubles offers an AMOLED with a 120 Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The diagonal is 6.78 inches, density is 393 ppi — pixels are invisible even when looking closely. AMOLED means deep blacks, vivid saturated colors, and battery savings in dark interfaces. The difference between AMOLED and IPS is noticeable within the first minutes of use.

Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 in AnTuTu

An affordable Android phone with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 — that’s simply shocking. The chip is manufactured on a 4-nanometer process, scoring 410,841 points in AnTuTu. That’s an excellent foundation for both everyday tasks and gaming on medium graphics settings. Especially when compared to competitors.

8 GB of RAM versus 4 GB on the POCO C81 Pro — that’s a fundamental difference in multitasking. Plus 256 GB of internal storage expandable up to 2 TB via microSD. In games: Asphalt 9 runs without lag, World of Tanks Blitz delivers over 60 FPS on default settings. For the best phone under 10 thousand — that’s a high level of performance.

Flagship Features on Android

This smartphone really has a flagship set of features!

Here are the things that make the T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro smartphone a truly unexpected device for its price:

  • eSIM: a virtual SIM card that’s usually found in flagships starting from 60 thousand rubles. The POCO C81 Pro doesn’t have it. Most smartphones under 15 thousand rubles don’t have it. This one does. eSIM allows you to activate plans without a physical card — convenient for travel and for those with two numbers.
  • 15W Wireless Charging: also not a budget feature. Place it on a pad — it charges. No need to find a cable and aim for the port in the dark. A smartphone with wireless charging for 9 thousand rubles — that used to sound like science fiction.
  • USB 3.0: not 2.0, like most budget phones. That’s 10 times faster file transfers to a computer. Plus a smartphone with eSIM and USB 3.0 simultaneously — a combination you won’t find anywhere else at this price.

Is It Worth Buying the T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro in 2026

In short: yes. Absolutely, if you need the best phone under 10 thousand rubles right now.

Buying the T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro is worth it if:

  • you want an AMOLED display for minimal money;
  • you need eSIM for a second number or travel;
  • wireless charging has become a habit;
  • 8/256 GB of memory matters more than saving 3 thousand rubles on the POCO C81 Pro.

Things to know: the smartphone was designed for the American market. LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 66, 71 — these are American frequencies. Russian carriers use bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 20. There’s no full overlap, so in some regions and with some carriers, 4G may work unstably or be unavailable. Before purchasing, it’s worth checking with your carrier which bands they use in your city. Wi-Fi and calls will work in any case.

If LTE compatibility is a critical issue, go with the POCO C81 Pro or any other smartphone that supports Russian bands. If you’re in a major city and your carrier supports a wide range of frequencies — the T-MOBILE REVVL 7 Pro is an excellent choice.
